Freight Charges - Truck Shipments
Prior authorization of freight charges is required before processing your order. Unless specified, all freight quote are for standard dock or curbside delivery. Driver will move your items to the back of the truck, but you will be required to get them off. Inside Delivery (driver moves pallets inside the closest door) or Lift Gate Delivery (driver gets skids down to ground, but not into the building) please be sure to note "Inside" or “Lift Gate" delivery on the checkout page. If you request Inside Delivery and the doors are not wide enough (typically around 46") for a pallet to fit through please let us know.
UPS / Small Package Shipments
Prior authorization of USP/ FedEx charges is required before order processing. Even with small orders. This way there are no surprises and you know the exact final charge.
When the Order Arrives
Please check the condition of the boxes/ parts BEFORE you sign the Driver’s Paperwork, Tablet or Bill of Lading. You are responsible to make sure there is no visible damage and that the number of pieces damaged is marked on the Bill of Lading. If visible damage or shortages are not noted we will not be able to get replacements sent out. Damaged parts & boxes must be held for the carrier’s inspection. No refunds will be given on items damaged in shipment only replacements.
If you later discover hidden damage, you must report the hidden damage to us within 5 business days of receipt of your order. Please save the package/ box and all damaged parts for the carrier to inspect.
Finally, please count the number of packages you receive and note any missing freight on the Bill of Lading. Call us and let us know what’s missing and we will find it.
Although rare, freight damage does occur. If you follow the information listed above, we will have no problem getting replacement parts sent to you ASAP.
Delivery Refusal
Please do not refuse the delivery for damaged items without approval from Rx Cabinets. It is easier to just replace the damaged item vs. the entire order. If you refuse the delivery due to other reasons (not ready, changed mind, etc) you will be charged a 25% restocking fee or the whole amount depending on the item plus freight both ways.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at any time before your credit card is charged.
Returns
No returns accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #). All returns will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee plus freight both ways, if applicable.
